Amy Johnson, MSW is a Certified Sexuality Educator who works with parents, teens and professionals to provide sexuality education that helps people become healthy, informed, and prepared. She is a national trainer for Our Whole Lives program (a comprehensive sexuality education program), and provides classes in the Puget Sound area for youth and adults. Shanon Kearney Lessard is a public involvement consultant, certified success coach for entrepreneurial women, and a national childcare expert for Cultural Care Au Pair.
Over the past 8 years, Shanon has helped hundreds of families solve their childcare dilemma by embracing the countless benefits of hosting overseas Au pairs. When she’s not facilitating a public meeting,hosting a women’s mixer, or interviewing future host families, she’s crock-potting staying active with her fitness accountability group Women Warriors or exploring the Pacific Northwest –including sampling micro-brews- with her husband and boxer.

Shirin Sherkat, Psy.D
Shirin Sherkat, Psy.D. is on a mission to honor children and empower parents around the world with proven, road-tested, and simple parenting strategies that reduce struggles and add more joy for every member of the family.
The author of Create Happy Kids, Dr. Sherkat is nicknamed, “the child whisperer” by many happy families who value her gift to see each child’s perspective as they use her methods to bring harmony to their formerly conflicted families. She teaches parenting workshops and shares keynote presentations to parenting groups that put prevention strategies center stage.
Dr. Sherkat grew up in Vancouver, Canada, earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from the University of Washington and later earned a Doctorate in clinical psychology at the California School of Professional Psychology in San Diego. She resides in Kirkland, Washington with her husband.
