I loved being a part of the MamaCon Marketplace! Not only did I meet some wonderful moms who were interested in my products, I enjoyed shopping at my fellow vendors’ booths. The exposure has been awesome for building my business and I can’t wait for 2014!

Table Top Vendor includes a 6′ x 30″ covered table only (no walls), 2 chairs, one lunchbox meal, listing on MamaCon’s website and inclusion in the event program. Contact our vendor coordinator here if you have questions or would like to be added to our waiting list.

Our vendor application is now CLOSED. Each year we review all the applications and will make our final decisions by the end of February. Spaces are limited and each application will be time stamped. If you are one of several representatives from the same company, we will select the one who applied first.
The 2014 Marketplace is in the Atrium just outside the main ballrooms – you will be in the middle of all the action! We are only offering table top options this year due to the layout of our fabulous new venue.

Hold Harmless Release – To the full extent permitted by the law, the Participating Organization (Participant) shall indemnify and hold harmless MamaCon, LLC and its employees, agents and contractors from and against any and all liability suits, obligations, ﬁnes, damages, penalties, claims, costs, charges and expenses.
Including without limitation reasonable attorneys’ fees and disbursements that may be imposed upon or incurred by or asserted against any of the indemnities by reason of any act done or permitted to be done by the Participant or its representatives and as a result of the use and occupation of all or any portion of the exhibit space by the Participant.
Participant understands that it is participant’s responsibility, at its sole cost and expense, to obtain and maintain in effect at all times during the event, including during move-in and move-out, its own workers’ compensation, property and general liability.
