Hold Harmless Release – To the full extent permitted by the law, the Participating Organization (Participant) shall indemnify and hold harmless MamaCon and its employees, agents and contractors from and against any and all liability suits, obligations, fines, damages, penalties, claims, costs, charges and expenses, including without limitation reasonable attorneys’ fees and disbursements that may be imposed upon or incurred by or asserted against any of the indemnities by reason of any act done or permitted to be done by the Participant or its representatives and as a result of the use and occupation of all or any portion of the exhibit space by the Participant. Participant understands that it is participant’s responsibility, at its sole cost and expense, to obtain and maintain in effect at all times during the event, including during movein and move-out, its own workers’ compensation, property and general liability.
